@alecgwin @jmorton78 Agreed. That was always my thing with this altitude/Comcast bs. The diehards would find a way to watch the game but they were losing out on so many new fans who weren’t going to put the time in to find another way to watch or didn’t know how to and that sucks.

@XfinitySupport I was charged 60 Dollars for early termination fee, this wasn't disclosed when I was taking the connection. I moved to a house with Xfinity, and I can provide documents for that. Please help with the refund. Had been a long time xfinity customer.

@Xfinity I just had the absolutely worst customer service experience @ your Richfield store. I have been with you 17+ years. I wanted to swap out some def equipment and encountered a rude rep that said they didn’t have it and could/would not tell me locations of other stores.

@Rezllen I always appreciate when tech support has a human chat feature. Saves me tons of headaches with Comcast who likes to hide it in their submenus while showcasing the bot version on the front page.

@comcast why can’t existing customers pay the same rates as new customers? Do I have to cancel my services so I can then become a “new customer” again? With all of the streaming options available these days, I would think you’d actually try to keep existing customers.
